larger than what a victim
could have obtained
if he or she negotiated

AFTER my fees are paid

companies usually will
only pay fair settlements
after they know a skilled,
experienced lawyer is

Insurance companies
are aware that only
an attorney can obtain
a good recovery at trial,
and this motivates them
to pay a settlement
that is substantially
more than they will
offer a victim negotiating
his or her own case.
